I receive this picture from Colin Butterfield. He said that it is a photo of a performance of "Babes in the Wood" at the Welfare Hall. It must have been around 1953 or so. The boys are myself(Colin), Charlie Hargreaves  Brian Cairns and Alan Scrafton (who did become a policeman). The girl fourth from the left is Shiela Musgrave and I think that one on the right might be Lucy Fleetham.
